The NFL has announced that Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum artist Teddy Swims will headline the Super Bowl LX Tailgate Concert presented by NetApp, the league’s premier pregame celebration.

His performance will be livestreamed on Peacock at 3:50 p.m. ET on Sunday, February 8, 2026. The show will take place on the stadium campus just outside Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, ahead of kickoff. Fans across the country can also listen live on 120 iHeartRadio stations and through the iHeartRadio app.

Local Artist LaRussell Joins the Celebration

Bay Area native LaRussell will open the concert for Swims. He will also serve as the in-stadium house band on game day. His participation adds a strong local voice to the Super Bowl festivities.

The Tailgate Concert aims to bring the energy of the Bay Area’s pregame experience to fans nationwide. It delivers a live, front-row atmosphere before the championship game begins.

Teddy Swims Calls Super Bowl Performance a Dream Come True

Swims expressed deep excitement about the opportunity. He shared that the Super Bowl was a tradition in his household growing up. Coming from a football-loving family, he played and watched the sport throughout his life. Performing at the event, he said, is both an honor and a dream fulfilled.

A Powerful Voice With Global Impact

Born Jaten Dimsdale and raised in Atlanta, Teddy Swims has become one of today’s most compelling vocal talents. His music blends R&B, soul, and pop with emotional depth and honesty. His lyrics often explore themes of love, heartbreak, and self-discovery.

He broke through globally with the hit single “Lose Control.” The song reached No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, earned diamond certification, and became the longest-charting song in the chart’s history. That success propelled his debut album, I’ve Tried Everything But Therapy (Part 1), to widespread recognition.

Swims later released Part 2 and The Complete Edition. These projects earned him his second career Grammy nomination for Best Pop Vocal Album at the 68th Grammy Awards. He also completed a sold-out world tour in support of the album.

In 2026, he is scheduled to perform both weekends at Coachella and Stagecoach. He has also been announced as a headliner for major festivals including Bonnaroo and Bottlerock. With more than 12 billion streams worldwide, Teddy Swims continues to cement his place as one of the most powerful voices in modern music.
