Paramount has unveiled the first teaser for its long-awaited live-action Street Fighter film, giving fans an early look at the iconic fighters heading into battle. The adaptation brings the legendary video game franchise to the big screen with a high-profile cast and a bold new vision.
A Powerful Cast Takes the Stage
Director Kitao Sakurai leads an ensemble packed with familiar faces. Jason Momoa stars as Blanka, while 50 Cent takes on the role of Balrog. David Dastmalchian appears as the villainous M. Bison, alongside Noah Centineo as Ken and Callina Liang as Chun-Li. Meanwhile, Eric André joins the cast as Don Sauvage.
For many longtime gamers, Street Fighter defined an era. Therefore, after years of successful Mortal Kombat adaptations, fans are eager to see Chun-Li and her fellow warriors finally claim their moment in theaters.
