Return Period
Our return window extends for 15 days from the date you made your purchase. If more than 15 days have passed, we’re unable to provide a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet these requirements:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item should be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required.

Please avoid sending your purchase back to the product manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Items that are damaged, not in their original condition, or missing components for reasons not caused by us.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. You will be informed whether your refund request has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a set number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared yet, please:

  1. Re-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider—processing times may vary.
  3. Reach out to your bank—some transactions take extra time to post.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace products that arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at contact.rornasteelix@gmail.com and send the product to the address provided below:

Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of your returned item. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once we receive the return.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned packages.
