Order Processing
- 2D Printed Items: Processing typically takes 1–3 business days after your payment has been successfully confirmed.
- 3D Printed Items: Please allow 2–4 business days for processing once payment is verified.
Shipping Times
Standard shipping estimated delivery windows:
- 2D Printed Items: Expected delivery in 4–6 business days.
- 3D Printed Items: Expected delivery in 7–10 business days.
Expedited shipping is available and may shorten delivery time by 1–2 business days.
While we strive for punctual deliveries, occasional delays or lost packages may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as courier issues or local postal disruptions.

If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks of the shipping date, please reach out to us. Simply use our contact page to notify us, and we will take immediate action to investigate. Depending on what we find, we will either resend your items or provide a full refund.
